Savile: Building Blocks, Ceramics Rocks!

Hey everyone! This is one of those posts that may not be fashion related, but are an absolute MUST for me to show you! Haha. I hope you like!
So for this year (freshman year), I got to pick one elective to take the whole year for my Art credit. I chose CERAMICS! I hadnt taken the class EVER before, but I decided to take a chance and see what would happen. My first two projects were somewhat of a........MESS? Lol. But after a while, I got the hang of it!
So he're are my two FAVORITE projects from my very first semester of Ceramics. Yes, I did this ALL by myself in class. My teacher has been teaching it for about 23 years, so THANKS MS. E!

Ceramics was SOOOOO much fun, & Im so happy Im taking it second semester too! *Im not a professional by any means, just a girl having fun in class :)

Project #1: Greek Pottery Project

For this project, we had to make a Greek-inspired pot, telling the story of something. So, I decided to tell the story of the Ocean. Loud & Playful in the day, Quite & Calm at night. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out, & am SO proud of myself! One of my favorite parts is the little topper, because I got to color the top star a cool white/blue marble combo. I also really like the stars on the night side!

Project #2: Face Mug

For this project, we had to make out very own MUGS! But the theme was to put a face in it somehow. So, I decided to make a playful Pink mug, & I actually like how it came out! And YES, those are White Raybans! ;)
